Dr. Eslami is a geriatrician who has extensive experience in nursing home care. She has had primary care responsibilities for both post-hospital patients and long-term care residents at various community nursing homes in the West Los Angeles and Santa Monica area over the past fourteen years. Dr. Eslami also has an office based outpatient practice. She is involved with many educational activities involving nursing home care for the UCLA Internal Medicine residency and the UCLA-VA Geriatric fellowship programs.
