I am also the primary architect of the clinical data management system used by the IMPACT prostate cancer program. In addition, my group designed and built the UDA Online system, a generally accessible data reporting system used by Urologic Disease researchers. At UCLA, I am leading efforts to utilize NCI caBIG software tools to facilitate interoperable biorepositories in support of the UCLA CTSI and the Prostate SPORE programs. My programmatic experience and access to informatics tools makes me ideally suited to participate in f BIP.
