David Pegues, M.D.

A Short Biography:

David Pegues received his medical education at University of Chicago and post-graduate training at Temple University Hospital, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Massachusetts General Hospital. In addition to his role as Fellowship Program Director, he directs the UCLA Westwood Hospital Epidemiology Program and Molecular Epidemiology Laboratory and chairs the UCLA Infection Control Committee and Antibiotic Subcommittee. Currently, he is a member of the CDC Hospital Infections Practices Advisory Committee.
