A Short Biography:

Dr. Baer’s work focuses on promoting interdisciplinary and interagency collaboration in the care for children with special health care needs, particularly with regard to preventive and early intervention services, on all levels, from family-centered clinical services to consumer-centered federal policies. Her research interests include nutrition policies and programs; maternal and child health; and access to care and nutritional status of children with developmental disabilities.
